Privacy Policy

1 · Information you provide to us

The Site itself does not include account registration, checkout, or any form that stores data on Harbor Moss systems. The information we receive from you is limited to:

• Support emails. If you write to us at [email protected], we receive whatever you include in your message — typically your email address, the subject, and the body.
• Newsletter signup. The Site displays a newsletter signup form in the footer. At the time of this policy, the form does not transmit or store the email address you enter — it is reset locally in your browser. We will update this section when the form is wired to a delivery provider.

2 · Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, certain technical information is generated automatically. This information is collected by the parties listed in the next sections — primarily Cloudflare (hosting and security) and, when enabled, Google Analytics 4 (analytics). It may include:

• Your IP address and approximate geographic region (country / city level).
• The pages you visit on the Site, the time of your visit, and how you arrived (referrer, UTM parameters when present).
• The type of browser, operating system, and device you are using.
• For analytics only: interaction events such as viewing a product, viewing a category, or clicking a Buy Now button. These events do not include your name, email, or payment information.

3 · Cookies and similar technologies

Harbor Moss and the service providers described in this policy may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, security, and site functionality.

Most modern browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block them, some parts of the Site or the third-party checkout may not work correctly.

4 · Google Analytics 4

Harbor Moss may use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4") to understand how visitors use the Site. GA4 is loaded only when a Measurement ID has been configured for the Site, and the events we send are limited to page views, product / category / collection views, and Buy Now clicks. The events do not include your name, email, postal address, payment information, or other personal identifiers.

GA4 data is processed by Google LLC. You can learn how Google handles analytics data in Google's Privacy Policy. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent your visits from being sent to GA4.

5 · Cloudflare (hosting, security, and email routing)

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare's network for DNS, content delivery, and security. Cloudflare necessarily processes the technical information described above (IP address, request URLs, headers, and similar) to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare's processing of this data is governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare Email Routing also handles delivery of inbound email to [email protected]; we cover what happens to that email in the Customer Support Communications section below.

6 · Printify (checkout, payment, fulfillment, and returns)

Harbor Moss does not run its own checkout. When you click Buy Now on a product page, you are taken to a Printify Pop-Up Store at harbormoss.printify.me. Printify processes checkout, payment, fulfillment, shipping, and related order information.

Printify's handling of that data is described in the Printify Privacy Policy. For help with order, shipping, or returns questions, contact Harbor Moss at [email protected].

Harbor Moss may receive order information needed to operate the store and provide support. Harbor Moss does not directly process or store payment card numbers through the Harbor Moss storefront.

7 · Customer support communications

When you email [email protected], the following happens:

• Cloudflare Email Routing delivers the message to a Cloudflare Worker that triages it.
• The worker uses Cloudflare Workers AI to produce a short triage summary (category, priority, recommended next step). The AI reads only the message you sent; it does not look up any separate customer profile.
• The original message is forwarded to a private mailbox operated by Harbor Moss, and a triage summary is sent to that mailbox via Resend (the transactional email provider we use for outbound support mail).
• For low-risk messages only, the worker may send an automatic reply from [email protected]. Other messages are reviewed and answered by a human.

Resend's processing of outbound support email is described in the Resend Privacy Policy. Retention of support correspondence and triage summaries varies by purpose, operational need, and applicable legal requirements. Harbor Moss does not currently have a formal retention schedule.

8 · Pinterest

Harbor Moss may use the Pinterest API to publish and manage Harbor Moss-owned Pins and boards and retrieve performance information about Harbor Moss's own Pinterest content. Harbor Moss is not currently using Pinterest advertising.

Harbor Moss does not use Pinterest API data to train AI models.

Information retrieved through the Pinterest API is handled in accordance with Pinterest’s Developer and API Terms and is not retained beyond what Pinterest permits. Pinterest’s broader handling of data on its platform is described in the Pinterest Privacy Policy.

9 · Third-party services we use

For convenience, here is the current list of third-party services referenced in this policy. Each service processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

• Cloudflare — site hosting, CDN, DNS, security, email routing, Workers AI for support triage.
• Google Analytics 4 — website analytics, when enabled.
• Printify — checkout, payment, fulfillment, shipping, returns.
• Resend — transactional email for support replies.
• Pinterest — publishing and managing Harbor Moss-owned Pins and boards.

10 · International data transfers

Harbor Moss is a small online retailer and does not have a physical storefront. Several of the third parties above (Cloudflare, Google, Printify, Resend, Pinterest) may process data in countries other than your own as part of operating a global service. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.

11 · Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

12 · Data security

We use reasonable safeguards — HTTPS, restricted access to credentials and support mailboxes, scoped API tokens — to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data you send us.

13 · Data retention

Retention varies by the purpose of the information, operational need, and applicable legal requirements. Harbor Moss does not currently have a formal retention schedule. Service providers may retain information according to their own policies and applicable settings.

14 · Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of personal information we hold about you. Harbor Moss does not currently maintain customer accounts on the Site. Information we hold may include support correspondence and order information needed to operate the store and provide support. To make a request, email us at the address below; we will respond as soon as we can and let you know what we are able to do based on the information we hold.

For information collected by Printify at checkout, please contact Printify directly. You may also contact Harbor Moss at [email protected] for help with your request. For information collected by Google Analytics 4, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on referenced above is the most direct way to stop that collection.

Harbor Moss does not sell personal information for money.

15 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site and our practices evolve. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. If the changes are material, we will make a reasonable effort to provide additional notice (for example, by updating the Site or by emailing anyone who has written to us recently).
